Dr. Erik Larsen was born in Aalborg, Denmark in 1922. He immigrated to the United States with his family in 1924, as the third son of a working class family.
Despite economic hardships, Erik was determined to earn a medical degree, becoming a surgeon and retiring as a medical doctor at the age of 91.
